History: Not much is known of Samantha. Only information pulled up on file is her love of hunting and studying dragon life. Samantha has earned the named "Ryu" because of her successful kill of the Ryujin. An infamous dragon that has killed hundreds of villagers in his path of destruction. Rumors have said he can destroy galaxies. But somehow Samantha a mere human has been able to kill him and his followers. Because of her work, she became a great hero..... as well as a great target. She has been wanted target by Dr. Octavis for experimentation. All in order to find out the secret to her power.
But with the RFCP (Rapif-Fire Cold Pistol) at her left side and her dragon powers (which she got from studying with the dragon cult) at her right, she is a very dangerous target. But not much is known of her family except her little brother Hiro who has recently disappeared. Samantha is on a search for her little brother and anyone (that means Ryutaro) that gets in her way will be killed.

Sam is known as a arrogant, rowdy, and can be very prone to violence. She is known to be a total smartass, very sarcastic, and use various phrases to distract her opponent. Her excessive talking has cost her several deals and lives of cilents as well. But despite her short-comings, Samantha makes it up in her optimistic and gun-ho style of fighting. She has a straight-forwarded personality. She will always tell you the truth. Sam is known for loyalty, determination and intelligence. But her love for her brother is above even the richest cilent. 

Powers:
Rapid Fire Cold Pistol: 8 round pistol that has the ability to fire freeze rounds and slow down her target.

Dragon's Ward: Any part in her body when hit turns into dragon scales or armor that protects her for 10 seconds. 

Cold-play: Shoots ice projectiles that can encase the target in ice and can cause death

Chilling-Phantom: Sends target to a fool's paradise where one is facing a cold death from the the frost priest.

Transformation: NightCloud Reincarnation: Also a secret (MWHAHAHAHA) 

Thoughts so far? I like how she came out. Should I color her hair?
